Subject	anyone here ever built a KIT CAR? if so, was it difficult?

Message	was it expensive compared to buying a performance car and upgrading it like the 300zxtt? just curious. i'm looking for a new project, thought a kit car might be fun. not right now of course, but maybe start this summer. anyone? Beuller? hehehe. just wondered, if you have, if you had any good tips and places to start looking. is it easier to get a rolling chassis? how difficult is it to build one? easy enough to be done by a novice with just instructions?
